Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?

Since the orders are automatically forwarded to our shipping warehouse to ensure fast shipping, subsequent changes or cancelations are no longer possible after processing has begun. If you notice an error immediately after sending your order, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution together. However, you can of course return your order in accordance with our returns policy.
